Texas Workforce Commission, Veterans Leadership Program - The Texas Veterans Leadership Program (TVLP) is a Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) resource and referral network that serves to connect returning veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan with the tools they need to lead productive lives.

Hazelwood - The Hazlewood Act provides qualified veterans, spouses, and children with an education benefit of up to 150 hours of tuition and fee exemptions at state supported colleges or universities.

WorkinTexas.com - WorkInTexas.com is a free, online, job resource tool by Workforce Solutions Capital Area and the Texas Workforce Commission.  WorkInTexas.com offers access to thousands of local and statewide jobs; online real-time job searches; email notification of job matches; professional resume wizard; and State of Texas or teacher applications. 

Austin Community College - Military Veterans can utilize ACC’s military counselors and enroll in programs sponsored by the GI Bill and various non-profit organizations that help fund the programs. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) requires that all previous education and training be evaluated for possible credit. Students are responsible for furnishing the ACC Veterans Affairs Office with official transcripts from all schools previously attended. This includes civilian colleges and universities, CLEP exams, and military transcripts.
