Néstor Ho serves as Chief Legal Officer, Vice-President of Government Affairs and Public Policy, and Head of Corporate Services. In these roles, he oversees the company’s global Legal, Public Policy, Purchasing, and Facilities departments. Néstor also acts as our Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Corporate Secretary and Board Director for all of our worldwide subsidiaries.

Prior to joining Silicon Labs in 2003, Néstor worked as Assistant Chief Counsel for Intellectual Property for the 3M Company and as a litigator in private practice. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Texas School of Law, a Doctor in Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law, an MBA from St. Edwards University, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. 

Néstor serves as Vice-President of the Board for Ascension-Seton Texas. He has a long history of community service including as Vice-Chair of Education and Talent and Executive Committee for the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board Member for the Thinkery, Board of Trustees for the Zach Theater, and Chair of the Austin Corporate Counsel Association.
